Join the Ballistic Arts Media Studios team as our new Account Executive! 🎉 In this role, you will be responsible for developing and fostering a strategic/mutually beneficial relationship with all major accounts of your designated service line to grow business organically, to find new business and to achieve annual sales goals.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations with prospects over the phone and email
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Track and manage sales activity results
  • Confirming and scheduling appointments when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Act as the subject matter expert on our lead generation digital marketing services
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Perform prospecting activities such as networking, cold calling, reaching out to prospects and leads
  • Develop and establish new business opportunities
  • Close sales contracts and extend accounts
  • Grow existing accounts
  • Develop, prepare and send presentations, quotes and proposals to prospective clients
  • Meet with prospective and existing clients (virtually or in-person) to determine their needs
  • Demonstrate and present project plans
  • Review sales performance
  • Negotiate contracts and packages with the aid of CEO
  • Create detailed sales plans to attain pre-determined monthly or annual targets
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
  • Create, develop and grow monthly web retainer packages and sales
  • Create and grow the Digital Marketing, Content and Web departments’ sales
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
  • Build and maintain professional networks
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries and complaints, and resolve any issues to the customer’s satisfaction while maintaining the company’s reputation
  • Build and maintain accurate records in a CRM database
  • Build business by identifying and selling prospects
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and core values
  • Maintain exceptional client communication and relationships

 

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business value
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • History of self-motivation, exceptional drive and a fearless attitude
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in sales, customer service or other client facing roles an asset

 

Salary: $50,000/year base + commission
